Chiu Chow is one of my favourite Chinese cuisines, and if you are a seafood lover like myself you must try it as well. Hong Kong has plenty to choose from, but Sun Kwong Chiu Chow Seafood Restaurant is one that keep us returning. I highly recommend the roasted goose platter, and the crab is definitely one the best I have ever tasted. Also try the oyster omelet or congee and the fresh fish and shellfish on offer. Paired with ice cold beer and great company, it's the perfect meal for dinner or late night.

When I went to Hong Kong, I have not yet been hooked with food photography and I ate quite shabbily since I preferred fast food than these.
